The Office of Human Resources provides centralized services to all departments including recruitment and selection, classification and pay, records maintenance, leave accounting, staff development, labor contract administration, grievance resolution and employee relations issues, benefits administration and staff support to six governance committees. The Office of Human Resources is committed to supporting and encouraging excellence within the Delta College community by providing competent, cooperative, and culturally sensitive customer service.
