TIP: If your classroom reads something like "Shima 100," your class is on the first floor. If it's "200," it's on the second floor.

Counseling

You can meet with a counselor in person or online (please note that counseling appointments are currently booked several weeks out).

Walk-ins are also accepted! For the first two weeks of Spring Semester students will be seen on a walk-in basis daily, from Friday, Jan. 10 through Friday, Jan. 24 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Walk-in Wednesdays will resume Wednesday, Feb. 5 and will continue for the entire Spring Semester or as needed.

Financial Aid

Did you know Delta disburses $45 million in financial aid each year, including over $380,000 in scholarships? Make sure you apply for financial aid, even if you think you don't qualify.

Food Pantry

All students are welcome to usethe Student Food Pantry for free food! The Food Pantry will be open for Spring Semester. Hours and information will be posted at the following link:

Cafeteria

  • Monday – Thursday:7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m
    The cafeteria offers offers a wide selection of food including pre-made grab and go items including sandwiches and wraps, hot items including lunch and breakfast specials, individual pizzas, burritos, tornados, soups and/or chili and hot cereal, as well as cold cereal, chips, snacks and a wide selection of drinks. The Java Jitters counter offers espresso, coffee Frappuccino, cream Frappuccino, refreshers, shaken teas, hot chocolate, iced coffee and more.

Bookstore

  • Monday – Thursday:7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. andFriday:7:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    The Bookstore also offers grab and go food items, microwavable food items and a generous supply of drinks and snacks.

Vending Machines

Mountain House

  • A self-serve food kiosk is now available at the South Campus at Mountain House in 302-A Student Lounge & Study Hall. Items available include sandwiches, wraps, microwavable noodles and soups, meat/cheese/crackers, string cheese, fruit parfait, chips, snacks, and more.
  • Drink vending machines are also available in multiple locations around campus.

Health Center

The Delta College Health Center provides free and low-cost healthcare services to Delta College students and their dependents. The Health Center will be open for Spring Semester.Learn more here.

Parking permits will be required for the Spring Semester.​Daily permits for automobiles are $2.00 or$30.00 for the whole semester.

You can get your textbooks two ways:

  • Book Advance Voucher: The Book Advance Voucher is an advancement of your financial aid. The amount used will be deducted from your future financial aid disbursements. It is issued once per semester and can help you purchase up to $750 worth of textbooks and/or codes from the Delta College Bookstore.

Free tutoring will be available both online and in person. Hours and locations will be posted here once that information is available.

Additionally, graphing calculators can be rented free of charge for classes that require them. Please stop by the Math & Science Learning Center (SCMA 162) to fill out the form.
