Katrina Jaggears, our Resource Specialist, provides initial and ongoing referrals to CalWORKs students after completion of a Family Needs Inventory. Barriers to success will be identified, and students will be referred to campus departments and off-campus agencies based upon individual need.

The Resource Specialist also assists CalWORKs students with FAFSA filing, financial aid disqualification petitions and other financial aid assistance.

The CalWORKs program at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ also offers a series of workshops called "Tools to Succeed", which are offered monthly during the Spring and Fall semesters, on varying topics of interest for CalWORKs students.
