Mustang Tech Squad

Delta College wants to make sure you have the tools you need to succeed! The Mustang Tech Squad supports the Student Equipment Loan Program and provides additional technology assistance for Delta students. The Tech Squad can answer questions about laptops and hot spots, assist students in accessing the MyDelta Dashboard, and help resolve issues with Delta College-issued devices. The Tech Squad can be reached in person, or via email, phone, andÌýonline chat.

Student Equipment Loan Program

Here's how the Student Equipment Loan Program works:

  • First, please contact your Resource Specialist for a referral. You can do this by using the following form: /tech-loan-referral-request-form

  • You will receive a tech loan confirmation email from techloan@deltacollege.edu. That email will include information about pickup days and hours at the DeRicco Student Services Building.Ìý
    Note: You will need to bring your Delta College Student ID and a copy of the approval email (print or electronic) with you.

  • To qualify, you must be enrolled in credit courses for the 2025ÌýSpringÌýSemester and you must have returned any prior technology loan equipment that you borrowed.

Important Dates

  • Student Equipment Loan Returns forÌýFall 2024Ìý were dueÌýFriday, December 13, 2024 – Please immediately return outstanding equipment.
  • Student Equipment Loan Pickup forÌýSpring 2025ÌýstartsÌýMonday, JanuaryÌý6, 2025.ÌýLocation and time will be sent via emailÌýto those studentsÌýwho's equipmentÌýis ready for pickup. Please do not come to the DeRicco Information desk until you receive the pick-up email notification.
  • Student Equipment Loan Returns forÌýSpring 2025Ìýare dueÌýFriday, May 16, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the 1st FloorÌýInformation Desk, DeRicco Student Services Building.

Returning a Loaner Tech Device (click to expand)

All loaner devices are due back by 3pm on Friday, May 16, 2025
This includes laptops and hot spots as well as the charging cords originally provided with the hardware
